9. Refund Policy

Titan Package Refund Policy

We offer an action-based refund policy to ensure that customers actively engage with the system before requesting a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Complete The Blueprint in full.
  • Implement all outlined steps within The Blueprint.
  • Not have earned at least the cost of The Next Surge system through the methods taught.

You must provide documented proof of your efforts, including completed assignments, business activities, and implementation logs. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 daysย of purchase. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Additionally, to qualify for the $100 Bonus Guarantee, you must:

  • Fully complete The Blueprint.
  • Have taken all prescribed actions and still not generated any income.

This guarantee applies only to customers who have actively implemented the system and can demonstrate their efforts.

Momentum Membership Refund Policy

Due to the operational costs associated with onboarding new members, The Momentum Membership is non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS, AND YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON YOUR EFFORT AND IMPLEMENTATION. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold The Next Surge harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using all materials and content obtained through the Service.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, USA.
